I've been craving chicken salad so badly it's not funny! Originally, I would've eaten like 2 HUGE croissants with an unrealistic amount of chicken salad stuffed into those sucks, with a huge glass of iced tea, & maybe...a slice of cheesecake afterwards. I know, it sounds delish but that's not healthy at all! Instead I buy my chicken salads individually packaged at Costco's (Good Foods Group | Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad with White Meat Chicken.) 1 serving has 140 calories, it's gluten free, & it's a total of 4 oz. You can either enjoy this on several beds of romaine lettuce, turning them into wraps, or on wheat bread to enjoy like a sandwich. My fave summertime drink is La Croix because it's fizzy, bubbly, & pink! Literally, it's sodium free, 0 Calories, no sugars, & it's raspberry flavored. It pairs great with any snack or meal. It's like cheating on coke with flavored sparkling water. Don't forget to NOT eat any chips. It kills us, I know, but we have to stick to it.
