GUILT-FREE MID-DAY SNACK
There's nothing I love more than chocolate. I can eat an entire bag of brownie brittle in one sitting, or a half dozen chocolate ganache cupcakes from Happiness Cupcakes. But now that i'm being more cautious about what i'm eating, the reality is not pretty. after learning how to read labels and count macros, i'm literally shook with how much fat i was consuming. not just fat - but the carbs and sugars are way too much intake per serving.
