MCALLEN - Another successful event hosted by Upgrade Jane, a public relations agency founded by Valeria Leor. Upgrade Jane works with numerous businesses from the Rio Grande Valley to San Antonio and Austin, providing services ranging from event planning, fashion photographers, models and social media exposure. The #FIGHTLIKEAGIRL BAZAAR was organized to benefit La Fundación Teresita, a foundation in Reynosa, Tamaulipas that works with women who are battling breast cancer.

Situated at Zucca 83's bar patio, the outdoor courtyard welcomed numerous vendors along with attendees during the event. Clothing and accessory boutiques livened up the day by offering special promotions that would would benefit La Fundación Teresita. Tickets to attend the #FIGHTLIKEAGIRL BAZAAR were sold at $20 and 100 percent of the proceeds were donated to the charity, but the donations did not end there. The House of Beauty Med Spa captivated everyone's interest when the owner donated a $200 gift card to the raffle. Every one who attended the event had a chance to win one of the many incentives donated to the raffle. The owners of The Style Union donated a $15 gift card along with other boutiques who participated in the raffle prizes. The winners were thrilled to have won something while supporting a great cause.
